Thanks to the generous support of various partners, registration costs for DH Benelux 2024 have been kept low staying true to the inclusive character of the conference.
Registration for the pre-conference workshops (4 June) is required but free. This includes the opening reception at the town hall in Leuven.
You can register for the conference (5-7 June) for 80€. This includes attendance to all lectures, papers and panels; the opening reception (Tuesday); coffee breaks; two lunches (Wednesday & Friday); a guided visit (Thursday); the poster and demo session (Thursday) and the conference reception (Thursday).
Additionally, you can sign up for the conference dinner at the Faculty Club (Wednesday) for an extra fee of 70€.
If you wish to follow the conference online, you can also sign up for the livestream for free. Please note that our set-up for online attendance is basic, and we cannot provide guarantees that the livestream will work seamlessly.
This means that you can decide to join only the workshops and opening reception, for which you need to register (but not pay). If you choose to attend (part of) the conference (as well), you pay 80€. If you decide to sign up for everything including the conference dinner, you pay a total of 150€ for a full four-day program of workshops, presentations and social activities.
